1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • We strive to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders are usually shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your professional treatments and styling products arrive in perfect condition.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • SaloNova Professional is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Issues

  • We take extreme care in packaging our products to meet GMP Certified safety standards. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking photos of the damaged parcel upon arrival to assist in the resolution process.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SaloNova Professional is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
