You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our professional products:

Sealed Products: Products must be returned with the original seal intact. Due to the professional nature of our treatments (such as Nanoplastia and Botox) and styling range, we cannot accept returns for bottles or containers that have been opened or tampered with.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the package and the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the security seal is broken:
